To unlock jeff hardy first you have to play as Matt Hardy in a Ladder Match. Lean a folded ladder against standing up one. Run up the folded ladder. After you do that, grab the belt. If you get the belt down a new belt will appear where the old one was and the match will be restarted. When it is, you won't be playing as Matt anymore, you'll be playing as Jeff!

You can't unlock Jeff Hardy because he is not in the game. The game was finished a month before it was announced that Jeff Hardy resigned with WWE.
You're going to have to create him, or else wait for the next wrestling game.

You cant but go www.caws.com for smackdown vs raw 2007 go on caws J there is about 71 Jeff hardys to create they look like him a lot

I'm not sure if this is right but u can try. Be Matt Hardy in season mode. win it. and i think u can unlock jeff hardy

I really think its unpossible...he was in TNA when the game was being made. the idea of taking him back was never thought of!
