There are currently no readily avaliable, professional standardized tests capable of testing IQ properly beyond 160. So under the standard adult form of measurement, the highest score achievable is 'Over 160'. Beyond 160, the best that can be done is a psychologists estimate, hence why you sometimes hear of people with higher IQs than this...though, again these are only estimates. Scores over 145 in general are not reliable enough to be considered accurate. Correlation and validity begin to fall apart past 3 standard deviations from the norm, and ceiling effects skew scores.
However, in theory, the most intelligent HUMAN being on Earth would have an IQ of about 195-196. There is no 'limit' though, per say...an Alien being from another planet could have an IQ of 403.
An IQ of 196, statistically, should only be achieved by 1 in every 13 billion born human beings.
