I think a boat blew up, and the victims were either in the hospital, or on the shore. Some doctors were at the shore, the others were at the hospital. THE DRAMA- the asian lady asked her black fiance not to tell anyone about the marriage, he did. The girl with the blonde hair (8 million dollar check?) was tryna save someone, but could not do much, but the bystanders want her to do something so she gets a power drill and says, "I have to drill a hoile and your friends head!" (Wow) Grey was working on the shore, and this little victim girl was following her and not talking. She helped grey work on people, and then grey gets pushed off the dock by a victim having a seizure or something, he dies i think, grey falls into the water with no one looking, only the girl who pauses, turns, and walks away. (messed up aint it?) Thats how the episode ends.

Forget me telling you about it. Watch it on abc.com for free, the entire episode. It was unforgettable. There was a ferry accident and Seattle Grace had to respond to the chaos. Christina was waiting to tell everyone she was engaged and Burke told Dr.Mcdreamy and somehow Dr.Mcsteamy, the busybody overheard and told everyone. Meredith is thrown over the pier by a wounded man in pain. No one saw the incident but a little girl she had found who was silent most of the time. Izzy is on the ferry trying to save a man trapped under a car. The man is bleeding profusely. And is starting to go into shock. There is really not much for Izzy to do to save him that is why she told someone to get some help bringing him to the pier. Kravitz helped a pregnant lady who had been crushed badly and left for dead. She looked like she was going to pop. He pushed a big pipe from off of her and got her to the hospital. George tried to find one ladies son who was missing since the accident. Nearing the end Dr McDreamy asks where Meredith is with a look of desperation in his eyes. Earlier that morning McDreamy pulled Meredith from the tub because he thought she was trying to drown her self. And secondly he confided in Burke by telling him what happened and that he asked Meredith what was wrong but she would not say what was wrong. Instead she said nothing. Hope this helps with filling in the gaps.

From the opening scene, in which we find a melancholy Meredith drowning in uncertainty (and nearly in the bathtub), you know this isn't shaping up to be your average day at Seattle Grace.
What is typical, of course, is the way in which Cristina handles her new engagement and telling her friends. She doesn't. Even with Mer staring at her in the locker room and asking her what on earth is going on. Preston tells Derek that they're engaged - much to Cristina's dismay, because she wanted to tell people first. Which, of course, she didn't do.
That all seems trivial soon enough, however. When word of a severe accident in Seattle involving multiple traumas starts filtering through the halls of SGH, the Chief immediately starts preparing for the worst. He dispatches a team of doctors to the scene and prepares the rest of the staff for the onslaught of patients to come.
For the Chief, it's welcome relief in a bizarre sort of way. Clearly in a daze over his marriage officially ending, he's dyed his hair jet black in an attempt to move on. But mentally, he's reeling. Addison does her best to comfort Richard, but the Chief - like so many times before - seems most comfortable when he's focusing on running Seattle Grace.
Derek, Miranda, Meredith, Izzie, George and Alex join emergency personnel in arriving at the site of the disaster - and Izzie can't believe her eyes when she sees what happened: a ferry boat has collided with a container ship in Puget Sound. Mass casualties (and mass hysteria) are a given.
A woman with shards of glass in her chest is in dire need of assistance, but has lost her son and refuses treatment until she knows of her son's safety. George promises her he will find him in the chaos. But he's not able to do so by the episode's end, and the patient is still insisting on holding off on surgery by the time she makes it to SGH.
Meanwhile, a lost little girl becomes attached to Meredith as she attempts to save whatever lives she can amidst the unthinkable carnage. While Mer and other emergency medical workers try to look after her, they invariably become distracted with more dire situations, and the mysterious child is left to wander.
Then there's Izzie. As she tends to a man trapped under cars on the ferry, she can only do so much without further aid. But the trapped man, Rick, has some seriously persistent friends. Forcing her to do whatever she can, in spite of Izzie's own insistence that she can only do so much, they help her set his broken and keep his heart beating against the odds. But he's still trapped, and looks to be losing his fight.
Elsewhere on the wreckage scene, Alex saves a pregnant burn victim who is nearly dead from being crushed under a concrete pylon. After rescuing her from under the rubble when she was minutes away from death and accompanying her all the way to the hospital, Alex is livid when Cristina is asked to scrub in on her surgery instead of him.
But it's not just about surgery. Feeling genuinely attached to the injured woman he helped save as he gazes into her pained eyes throughout the day, Karev goes to her room and tells her to please, fight as hard as she can and make it through. Addison sees his concern for the patient and looks on with admiration.
Unable to find assistance tending to an injured man at the end of the pier, Meredith turns to the little girl who's been tagging along after her. His terrible leg wound requires her to simultaneously apply pressure and stitch it up, a feat she can't accomplish on her own. With the girl following her instructions, Meredith is able to sew the gash closed.
But when the man suddenly regains consciousness and seizes uncontrollably, Meredith is knocked off the edge of the pier into the water. As the little girl walks off with a blank look, we're wondering what will become of Dr. Grey - and her counterparts - in next week's episode.

Walk on Water | Air Date: 02/08/2007
Derek finds Meredith in her tub, completely under the water, and pulls her out. She tells him she doesn't need rescuing. But he knows she's melancholy after the hurtful things her mother said to her when she was lucid and is afraid she was trying to drown herself. Meredith asks Izzie why she can't just believe in "happily ever after" and Izzie says she doesn't know what to believe in herself anymore.
Burke, Mark and Derek are amused to see that the Chief has dyed his hair now that he's single again. Addison comes to his defense and tells them all to leave him be, then confesses that she dyed her hair blonde after Derek left her the first time.
Burke wonders why Cristina hasn't told her friends yet about their engagement and she says she'll do it today. But she makes him promise to let her tell Meredith first. Meredith is no mood to hear any good news, however, so Cristina doesn't say anything.
Derek confides his frustration with Meredith's depression to Burke, so Burke tells him about his engagement. He doesn't plan on Mark overhearing their conversation. Mark immediately tells the Chief, who congratulates Cristina. She is upset with Burke, but he tells her she had ample time to tell Meredith, so why didn't she?
Meanwhile, Callie feels that George isn't respecting her position as his boss now that they're married and reminds him that at work she's his boss, not his wife.
The residents are doing triage drills -- led by the annoyingly perky resident Sydney -- when the Chief announces that he needs all hands on deck: There's been a multiple-victim accident. Alex, Izzie, George, Meredith and Miranda head out to the scene, a ferry that ran into a container ship because of fog. There are bodies everywhere and the ferry itself is on fire. Miranda tells the interns they're on their own, and sends them into the fray.
George helps a woman with a serious stomach injury who makes him promise to find her 7-year-old son before she lets him take her to Seattle Grace. He's unable to locate her son before she has to go into surgery but even though she begs them to wait, they can't wait any longer.
Alex rescues a pregnant woman who was crushed under a huge pylon. Her face is hideously swollen but, miraculously, her baby is still alive. He wants to continue with the case at the hospital and make sure the baby will be okay, but the Chief hands the case off to Cristina.
Cristina is not happy when Burke doesn't want her to scrub in on the pregnant woman from the accident, but instead asks her to check on his existing patients. So neither Cristina or Alex end up doing the surgery, but Alex goes to reassure the woman that she's survived so far and he expects her to still be alive after the surgery. Addison finds him and tells him he did good today. He goes to the waiting room to tell the victim's families their status, but is overwhelmed by their desperate demands for updates on their loved ones.
At the accident site, a man begs Izzie to come help his friend, who is trapped under a car on the ferry. When she gets there, she realizes she can't do much to help the man, whose injuries are massive, and that they need Search and Rescue to get him out. But she stays and tends to him as best she can and sends one of his friends to get the Search and Rescue team. After a long delay, the friend comes back alone. Search and Rescue isn't coming -- they have 15 more cases they need to get to first. The man goes limp and then starts to seize violently. His friends tell Cristina she has to save him.
A lost little girl attaches herself to Meredith, refusing to go with anyone else. Meredith is working on a man with a bad leg injury who's lying at the edge of the dock, away from everyone else. She calls for help, but no one will come to her aid, so she has to ask the girl to help her get some equipment out of her bag. The girl won't talk and Meredith says when bad things happen she doesn't talk either.
The man suddenly says he can't stand the pain and starts to flail wildly, knocking Meredith into the water! No one else sees what's happened and the girl just walks quietly away. In the water, there is no sign of Meredith.

Picture this:
Meredith Grey is sitting in a bathtub when she holds her breath and goes under water and stays there. Derek pulls her out and asks her if she was trying to kill herself. Meredith tells him to stop being her "knight in shining - whatever". He says that guess what: he is her "knight in shining whatever".
Chief dyes his hair to get attention from the ladies. The three attendings are bugging him about it, while Addison tells them "To leave him be." And what do they know about women anyway, she asks "Lives with Cristina; dates the perfect 12 year old; manwhore" (Burke, Shep and Sloan, respectively).
Cristina asks Burke to please, please not say anything about their engagement. At least not until she tells Meredith. He says okay. Meanwhile, Sidney is bugging Bailey and Callie in the clinic.
It's Triage Test day for the interns, and Sidney, Bailey and Callie are testing the interns when they get a 911. Only five could ride in the ambulance - that means Bailey, Grey, Stevens, Karev and O'Malley get to go. Cristina has to stay behind.
Meanwhile, Burke accidentally tells Derek about the engagement when Sloan walks in. He asks what's going on and proceeds to tell Richard, who in turn congratulates Cristina.
At the 911 accident, it's a ferry boat that crashed with some other boat. Mass casualties, for sure. The interns freak out on their first off-site 911 call. Meredith attracts the attention of a cling-on blonde little girl, who wet herself and lost her mother. George finds a woman who needs immediate surgery, but as she gets back to Seattle Grace refuses until George finds her seven-year-old son. Bailey goes back to the hospital early on and Shepherd returns in place.
He asks Mer what's wrong. And if she wants to get married, if that's why she's sad. She says no and asks for help finding the girl's mom. Meanwhile, Alex finds a pregnant Jane Doe in the water on a board or something under a metal pole from the ferry. Also, Izzie gets dragged to some guy's best friend who's trapped under a car -- on the ferry. His arms is badly broken and she hast to reset. it. His friends beg her to please, please save him. Izzie says she can't do much, but promises to do what she can.
It's crazy at Seattle Grace and the bpard gets wiped clean for the incoming 911's. As Karev gets back with Jane Doe, Cristina is assigned to the case while Alex has to inform many families in the ER on what's going on. Alex is mad; he also promises to the woman that he'll be back when she gets out of surgery and that she better be alive. Addison notes his sensitivity.
Callie is dealing with the overflow in the clinic with Sidney, but soon has to perform a surgery. She leaves Sidney to her "tummy ache and fever". LOL.
Meredith finds a man clinging to the pier. His leg is badly injured. She asks a search and rescue guy to take care of the girl, but she finds her way tback to Mer.
Meanwhile, Izzie's struggling to keep trapped under the car guy alive. He begins seizing as Izzie wonders where the heck Search and Rescue is.
George is trying to find Chris, his severley critical patient's son. As the show comes to a conclusion, the mother is in the OR and asks if George found Chris. He tells her that yes, he has. Bailey tells him if she wakes up and he still hasn't found the boy, he better have a good explanation for the mother.
Shep's still worried about Meredith. Cristina's angry with Burke for telling the men of Seattle Grace. He asks why he hasn;t told her best friend. She tried to in the beginning, but then they got the 911 call. Mer was crabby anyway.
Meredith is still working on the guy with the bad leg. Blood spurts and she's keeping pressure on it. She asks the strange little girl for her help. The guy begins to get up and try to walk away as he accidentally pushes Meredith into the water. The little girl stands there as the end credits roll.
---------------------------------
That's the best I could remember. The previews for next week include Derek asking little weird girl where Meredith is. She points towards the water. He dives in. Who knows how long she was in the water for.
Also, it's rumored that the little blonde is Izzie's biological daughter, Hannah, and that her adoptive parents were bringing her to Seattle to meet her birth mother and died on the ferry. But that's a rumor.
-----------------------------------
I suggest watching it on YouTube or ABC.com. Or you can download it from iTunes for two dollars. It's good.
Hope I helped!

The show starts off where the last show ended so that you did not forget what happened last week.
Then it moved on to Meredith drowning herself in her bathtub to clear her mind. Derek, not liking the sight of his girlfriend under water, pulled her out and told her not to do that.
After she gets dressed and they are down stairs she tells him that he did not save her and he is not her knight in shining whatever.
This is all related to her mother telling her that she is an underachiever and telling Derek that he has been taking advantage of her.
Meanwhile, Izzie confesses that she ate evrything in the refrigerater including a pound of butter.
At the hospital, preston is talking about wanting to know when they are going to tell everybody about the wedding. Christina explains she has to tell Meredith first. Preston says he has to tell Derek, his only friend. But Meredith must be told first.
At the clinic, Miranda is having to hear from Callie that she is having problems letting George be the boss in the bedroom while she is the boss at work. Miranda does not want to hear about this. Sydney is there as well to bring up the question of who becomes chief resident next year, Callie, Miranda or her.
In the locker room Christina is trying to figure out how to tell Meredith about the marriage but Meredith is in a lousy mood. Izzie is telling George he should move back home in the room next to hers. Currently, he and Callie live at the hotel.
Net thing you know all of the attendings and the Chief are in an elevator and something is different. The Chief has died his hair black to attract women. Addison is telling the other attendings to shut up because Richard just lost his marriage and he should be allowed to dye his hair if he wants to.
Back in the clinic it is triage teaching time and the interns are being quizzed on saving people. Izzie manages to kill Sydney by not fixing her broken bone first before she sent her home.
The Chief enters the room and tells everyone a major accident has happened and he must send a tem out to help triage patient for the hospital.
Everyone gets packed and ready but there is only room for five on the ambulance, Bailey and four interns. She chooses to leave Yang behind to help the Chief set up there. Yang tries to tell Meredith about the wedding but it just isn't the right time. The team reviews for what they are going to see not knowing what that was. When the doors to the ambulance open up they can see that the ferry boat is on fire and it has apparently crashed into the dock, people are injured every where.
At he hospital, Sydney is in charge of the clinic and showing off to Callie who says fine she will just wait for the injuries from the accident, a slight when you think about the chief resident position.
Meanwhile Addison is telling Richard about how she dyed her hair blonde when she first separated from Derek. She figures dying your hair is par for the course.
Preston has told Derek about him and Christina but has told him that he is not to say anything about it until Christina has told Meredith which he assumes she has or will. Mark hears about it and congratulates Preston.
At the accident Everyone seems to be attaching themselves quickly to patients, except Izzie who gets abducted by a man telling her she has to come with him or his friend will die. Against her better judgment Izzie follows him.
Meanwhile Alex has found another patient buried on a raft under a pipe. At first he thinks she is dead and pregnant but she moves and so he moves the pipe and gets her off the raft and into an ambulance.
George find a lost little blonde girl and is looking for her parents when he is accosted by a woman with severe injuries but all she wants to do is find her son Christopher. George tries to treat the woman but he has to promise her he will help her find her son. They end up on another ambulance.
At the hospital, Richard is looking atthe Board and is wanting to clear out some of the beds only Addison has beat him to the punch. He moves on to the desk and asks what is up and Mark answers Derek saved Meredith from drowning and Preston is marrying Yang. That was not what he was asking about but Mark knows it helps his case for Chief.
At the accident, Izzie has found the man's friend pinned between two cars and immediately red tags him as urgent telling a friend of the man to go get a rescue worker. Meanwhile, she starts to assess his wounds.
On way to the hospital Alex has to have his patient put on her side to save the baby. His patient is beginning to trust him and him alone.
Richard winds up running into Yang and tells her congratulations on the wedding. She is surprised.
Alex arrives at the hospital and turns the case over to Addison and his patient wants to keep him with her though she can not speak. Yang takes her to get her MRI. Alex has to go to the clinic to help out with all the other patients.
Izzie is running out of gauze and drugs to keep the man comfortable and by the time his friend arrives it is getting too late. When he returns she is told no help is on the way.
Christina winds up finding Preston and they discuss why she heard about the two of them from the Chief of all people. He is wondering why she did not talk to Meredith yet. she had 45 minutes.
In another part of the hospital Richard is telling Derek that there are skull injuries at the accident he needs to get down there and assess them all.
Christina tells Preston about the MRI's and he tells her to watch after his other patients, the ones not in surgery. She is upset but she says nothing to him.
Izzie is finally at the point she has to start working on the man by resetting his arm. He screams as she snaps it back into position.
Derek has arrived at the scene and has met up with Meredith who is treating patients. He asked her if she was okay. She seemed stressed. He asked her if she wanted to marry him. She said no. She has found George's little girl without the parents. She is tryin to get her to an abulance but that is not happening.
At the hospital Richard, yang, Addison and Callie are prepared and waiting for any and all ambulances which start showing up and filling the hospital with all the victims.
Derek winds up talking to Miranda telling her where meredithis but noone knows where Izzie is or for that matter George . Miranda has to take a patient to the hospital herself.
Meredith tries to get a policeman to take the little girl to an ambulance to be taken to the hospital because she notices an injured man crawling onto the pier. the policeman takes the little girl but forgets about her just like George did. Meredith triages the man who has an obviously broken femur protuding from his calf. She is starting to treat him but she could use some help.
At the hospital George is trying to get it across to his patient that she needs surgery but she will only procede if George promises to find her sone which he does.
Meredith is in need of help and the little girls refuses to leave her so she uses the little girl to hand her stuff.
George is trying to find the little boy on the phone but he is having no success. He asks Callie for help but she has a surgery of her own to take care of.
Alex checks in on the pregnant woman to tell her that she had better stay alive. He can't take part in her surgery but he epects to see her when this is all done. Addison sees this and finds it endearing. She tells him the stats are good. He wants to know the woman will be able to go to term. Addison does not want to tell him what she is thinking at this point.
Izzie's patient it getting worse. he is losing blood, getting light headed and it looks like there is gas underneath on of the cars as well as his blood. It looks like she will have no alternative but to work on the man there or he will die.
The woman at the hospital is being told by Miranda she can not wait any longer . They have to operate.George walks into the Operating room but he shakes his head no. The woman does not see it and asks if he has found her sone.
Back at the pier Meredith is about finished with the man's leg and is about to take the girl and him to the hospital, when he gets delusional with the shock and kncks Meredith over the edge of the pier and into the water. The little girl has this lost look on her face like she is trying to figure what to do next or who to find.
