no, it was cancelled. There's a petition out for a spin-off.

Sadly, it was cancelled after eight seasons. But there is a fan campaign trying to get a spin-off with adult Wyatt and adult Chris as the main characters. There are several rumors that The CW is thinking about picking it up with Wyatt, Chris and Melinda (thier sister). There is even a website www.thecharmedsons.com that was the first campaign for such. Check out the website and show your support. Prue was my favorite, and hopefully, if the spinoff is greenlighted after the network and Spelling Entertainment approves Shannen will come back in a guest role. We never know what the future brings.

Short answer: No
Long Answer: They trying to get permission to begin a new series focused on Wyatt and Chris but they are still in the preproduction stage meaning they need money and they need the Spelling estate to say it is okay to proceed. There are talks of wanting to do a movie but that seems to be going nowhere. Season seven just released on DVD in the US and season eight is in the works with all the extras not included in 1-7. Perhaps when that is done and over with they can move on to something new. As for Prue, I always wanted her to be the Angel of Death but they screwed that up in season seven when Piper had to sub in as death. Prue can never return unless one of the other sisters dies. It is called the power of three, not the power of four, all though they screwed that up in season six when they did the whole trans dimensional mirror thing with Phoebe and Paige. At any rate, Shannon Doherty looks nothing like she did when the series began and that is a poblem. It was hard enough to do season seven with Holly Marie Combs pregnant at the time. The show is about sexy witches in halter tops searching for love and vanquishing their demons along the way. At the end of season eight they are all married and soon to be expecting children, not much there to be working with going forward. You have to skip a generation to make it interesting and if you do what do you do about the sisters. They don't die. They just get older and more powerful. BTW, I do feel cheated in that respect. They kept saying they would get stronger with age but you never get to see their full potential recognized. Oh well.

Sadly, no...
It was cancelled. (Which isnt to say that shows which are cancelled do not make it back on the air. 7th Heaven is a prime example) but that decision is usually made before production ceases and people involved moved forward.
I was rather pleased at the finale of season 7, and would have really liked to see if the show could have continued and perhaps found a new audience with the new actresses.
(now before you go hating me I do love Holly Marie, Alyssa and Rose) but I am about new things as well, could have brought them to a new city, new goals, etc etc.
As for a spin-off, who knows it could happen, but I wouldnt bet on it.

No. The show was cancelled. You should have seen the last show. I cried. It was sooooo good.
And Prue could never come back. She has too many issues to work out in her real life.
