She may have a tumor,which can cause cancer.It may need surgery.I recommend taking him/her to the vet to get it checked out,just to be safe.Glad I could help,

The same thing happened to my hamster. The doctors said that he was too small to perform surgery on because he's a dwarf hamster. They gave him some medicine to rule out an abscess. It could be that. Or it may be a tumor. But Guinea Pigs are kinda big so they should be able to remove it if it is. Take her to the vet just to make sure.

Can't understand why people ask these questions on here.Common sense will tell you if animals are ill or have something wrong with them you take them to the vet to get the help they need.

she probably will need surgery. it could be cancerous or it could be a fatty tumour but i'd take her to the vet to get it checked asap

Gently pick her up and take her to the vet, if you can not go now, make her comfortable and feed her chopped and small carrots or lettuce.

please dont panic. guinea pigs are prone to lumps and bumps and the majority of them are absolutely harmless although i advise you get her examined by a vet for peace of mind.
