Sometimes if I'm busy can't reply right away. But usually with the next 5-10 mins.

Depends on the situation.
If you don't like the person Ignore it
If your busy and with people it might take an hour or so
If your slow and can't come up with a witty remark it might take 5 minutes
If you are crazy about the person then right away
If you can't stand the person you might change the number
