I do believe it changes a person forever, if he or she does take a life. That person would feel as though he has a burden to deal with because he stole what he didn't need and what someone else had, a life. Yes, it may be true that he could of saved his own life, but in the end of the day, he killed and that fact can never be changed. i hope this answers your question!!!

I assume you mean a human life? I really think the amount it 'changes' you is relative and dependant on what kind of person you were beforehand. I've known people who have had to kill another person and there is no discernable difference in their outlook or character, and others who have been traumatized for life. Like all general questions, yours depends on the circumstances and the people involved.

Yes. And ususally the change is for the worse.
There are two types of people, those who can kill another human being and those who can't.
If we are lucky we never have to find out which type we are.
