Sky are reporting that David Cameron took drugs when he was young.

Does anyone care about this?

Doesn;t it jsut show that he did things that some humans did when they where young, so maybe he he is not a full alien as some other politicians are?

I honestly don't care. Wouldn't care even if he used to shoot up. I vote against the tories, simply because i disagree with their politics, not because their leader used to be a real person.

As I think pretty much everyone else has said from the few answers I've skimmed through, it makes absolutely no difference to anybody what David Cameron did when he was young - if he's not doing it now, why does it affect anyone?

I'm actually really surprised this has been such an issue on the news and in the papers. There are more important things in the world, and in Britain alone, for us to worry about than what one person did when he was younger.

Oh yawn, what a big deal! The newspapers and TV news are making such a big deal of it... in the past okay it would have been a shock story, but these days who the hell can be arsed with this rubbish bit of stirring that's trying to make him out as a pothead!? For goodness sake there's SO MUCH terrible serious stuff in the world and on our doorsteps that we need to be concerned about and focus on.

It really wouldn't surprise me if this info comes from Blair's support system who have been desperate for the past two years to find ANYTHING 'newsworthy' to take our attention away from the CRAP job Blair's doing and the mistakes of Labour.

I couldn't give a monkey's if Cameron smoked pot when he was in uni, or whether he smokes it now via a giant bong every weekend. It's just NOT news and it doesn't matter!

i agree!!

He was 15 for gods sake! we dont care!

who didnt do something a bit stupid at that age? i know i did, and if it came up in public now and i was a public figure then sure it would be embarrasing, but life goes on.

I feel sorry for David Cameron and the rest of the poloticians who are expected to be holier-than-thou. I am much happier knowing that he is a mere mortal and has made a few ****-ups than someone eho has lived in a bubble!

Admitting 'what he has done' is good. Although I sincerely hope he is drug free now' Although the position he is in I hope he portrays that he went down the wrong road once and has moved on realising his mistakes.

It isn't important - Labour's spin machine will just end up making themselves look stupid and desperate to smear him by any means.

Their name calling just underlines how directionless they have become if that's the best they can manage.
