If food is making you sleepy, then you should see a doctor. Food did that to me and I ended up having high blood insulin.

Fruits and veggies! Any meats will slow your body down. Get in the habit of only eating fresh fruits for breakfast and a salad for lunch, ( then just a regular dinner) and you'll be surprised at how much more energy you have!!!
