In theory yes but your ISP probably has a size limit on the attachments you can send.
You could ZIP a few at a time and send them that way or use one of the messenger programs to exchange files assuming that the person you're sending them to has a messenger installed.

Yes you can as nearly all email providers support .zip format and as .mp3's are very well comprssed you should be able to send them all in one file but as some providers may only allow a small attachment size you can do it into two .zip files and send them seperate.

Yes, just zip the songs and email them. Don't expect the compression to be great, MP3s are already pretty well compressed.
