It depends on their incomes and whether the kids spend much time with him. In some states, the person making a lot more money than the other person has to pay the other person child support even though the kids are mostly lliving with the person who makes the money, simply because the non-custodial parent needs to be able to properly care for them when they're in that household.

Its Probably gonna depend on their income and pre-nup. Now that K-Fed is in more commercials (after the nationwide commercial on the superbowl he became the most wanted man for commercials) his income may become higher so he will most likely have to pay.
