Let's start with what does NOT eat penguins: Eskimos. Penguins live in the Southern Hemisphere ;-)
Some predators of penguin chicks are petrels and skuas (especially in Antarctica), as well as foxes, snakes, and introduced predators like cats and dogs (Southern Hemisphere continents).
Juveniles and adults are eaten by large marine mammals, including leopard seals, fur seals, sea lions, and killer whales, as well as sharks.

Leopard seals are the main predators in the antarctic and pretty fearsome. However, penguins are found across the southern hemisphere so they will be predated by other things too including sharks and toothed whales (orca). Skuas will also predate eggs and chickes. Finally, man also has to put up his hands - they were also hunted widely for their blubber!

the main predator is the leopard seal. some others are the orca, some birds attacking the chicks, or eggs, sharks (occasionally, only the case for tropical penguins), seals and sea lions (seals and sea lions prose no threat on land, but deadly in water), stoats (weasel-sized, attacks the nest, and juneviles)

Any seal or meat eating shark or whale south of the equator!
eskimos and polar bears would eat them but they can't get the wrappers off! (Sorry couldn't resist it!)
