Well...depending one what he was doing at the time, I suppose you can assume he's getting old enough to where...cough, cough...things are changing and growing. :)
I'd suggest you leave the doors of communication open for him. Tell him to come to you if he's got questions. It'll be sort of a bonding for you two. Now...the hard part. You have to think back.... do you ever remember your mom/dad/uncle ever sitting you down and having 'the talk'? If they did, you should approach them in a day or two and try to casually suggest they think about talking with your brother. It is up to you to make the call on that one, though.
Either way, you gotta step up and be the big brother.

watch it whit him, I don't know your age, and because you can't judge him, then you can learn if he knows what he is doing, right or wrong?, and then you can tell him where is he wrong?, though if you should not be watching such prohibit way of lust, because you don't yet how to cope with the situation, Show him like because you don't feel the need to do the same as him, you are a better man, and better, future human being, because God can see that and HIM(God), will reward you best than him, also be willing to sheared such rewards, that is what brothers should do any way.
