Definitely Interview with the Vampire. Scariest child actress ever. The scene where she goes into a rage cutting her hair asking Brad Pitt's character why she can never get old .... gives me the chills.
Virgin Suicides is a close second. Although I'd say that in this film, she was portrayed very well by the director. Gorgeous in it, very captivating in a desperate longing kind of way -

I actually like a lot of her films... Interview with a Vampire, Virgin Suicides, Dick are probably at the top. I also like Drop Dead Georgeous and Bring It On for the camp factor!
Um... but not Jumanji!

I do love her in all those roles. back in my youngster days I enjoyed the action picture carry It On, yet those days I have been given around to watching Interview With A Vampire and that i presumed that as a baby she did a thoroughly superb job in it! So i will say that
