How do you clean the bow hair. mine has some black stuff on it, probably caused by touching it. I don't want to spend any money

You need a bow rehair. Rosin won't do anything to the black stuff, which comes from use, and the oils on your hands. You should rehair your bow every 6 months-1 year. Sorry, but you're gonna have to spend money, rehairs are absolutely necesssary every so often for bows-- like changing the oil on a car.
