In the NBA Wilt has scored over 100 in a game and that is the NBA record. Not sure for college but there have been a couple high schoolers who have scored 100 in a game before.
I know that Denham Brown who graduated from UCONN has scored over 100 in a high school game before.

well by a single person is 100 points by wilt chamberlin on march 2, 1962 when the philidelphia warriors were playing the new work knicks in hershey park, philidelphia, and a team scoring the most points is detroit when the had 184 points beating the denver nuggets in some overtimes
