She has backstabbed me multiple time, and she insults me constantly. She doesn't like it when I hang out with other people. However, she is also really fun to hang out with, and if I stopped being her friend, she would try to turn people against me. Basically, I'm asking if good times are worth all the trouble, and if I do end the friendship, how do I do it?

Ending a friendship is really hard especially if you have a lot of the same friends. It is ok to still be her friend even if you don't trust her like you could at one point in the relationship. If this isn't something you can talk to her about I would say you are best to just gradually let the friendship die away. Don't ditch out on her all the time, just start hanging out with other people until you are both used to having other people in your lives more important than each other.

Ok I have been there done that! To tell you the truth its going to be hard there is no easy out! But I think you should always have a friend not enemy! What you need to do is say your busy I have to help my parents clean up the house guest are coming over! Or I have to clean my room and keep going on and on! You have to show her you moved on and you don't have any time for her any more and when you hang out with the friends that make you feel good then you do not let her see you with them!
Right now i really want to end a friendship but i can't she is a crazy person!

hmm this is a tough one, but ive been in a similar situation, kind of lol. But it really depends on how long you guys been friends. Like, if you been friends for yearss, you have to stop and think, if you really wanna throw away this relationship, and if you think it was a waste of time being her friend.Think bak and look at the memories you shared. She sounds like a jealous type of person, doesnt like when you hang out with others? that's wrong..backstabbing you?-not a true friend. You see, if she was TRULY your friend, she would allow you to have your freedom, and if you were to end this friendship, she should accept it. I think you should give this frendship more time..see if she continues being this backstabbing girl. if she does, confront her. Tell her how rude, and inconsiderate she is toward you. If she doesnt like the fact that your telling her off. Say what's on your mind girl! let it all out, say what you gotta say and walk away! and that's that.

Friends go throught the toughest things in life and when you get older you will sit back and talk about it and laugh. So if you hold on to it and talk to her like when you do this and that and fill that in with what is done i feel like this and you are my bestfriend and i love hanging out with you but it hurts me and i feel some type of way and if you were my true friend you would care about how i feel and understand that I have other friends as well maybe yall should all hang out together sometime. But if it doesn't stop then we are going to need to do are own thing and hang out less or not at all.

Why are you putting up with a backstabber in the first place, times could not be all that good, if you can't trust this person, just tell her exactly like you have it on here, she already knows she doesn't deserve a friend such as you anyways.

Backstabbing and insults don't sound like fun to me.And sounds like she has an insecurity problem, she doesn't want you to have any other friends.Be ready for the ^^&()+_)+* to fly cause it prob. will. If you tell people the truth eventually she will look like the idiot.

Say you are busy with something else and get busy with something else. The something elses are school, work, clubs, sports, or other organizations. Might meet a new group of friends. No one should have that much hold over you, friends or foes.

just back away slowly, people like her aren't really your friend and by the way any real friends that you have aren't concerned about what she has to say about you they are to busy worrying about what she is going to say about them
