I'm looking for a title of a movie. I believe it was made in the early 1990s. The story starts with a couple of soldiers waiting for a shipment. when it arrives, one of the solders girlfriends hops off a helicopter . she is only sunspots stay till the helicopter brings another shipment. where the soldiers are staying they are separated by a fence. on the other side of the fence are a different type of soldiers (I Believe they are called the green bray) they go out in the danger spot to notify the soldiers where to go. at the end of the movie she leaves her boyfriend and becomes one of them. the green bray. if you know the title please E Mail me. It's called A Soldier's Sweetheart. It's based on a supposedly true short story in a collection of Nam stories called The Things They Carried. The story title is Sweetheart of the Song Tra Bong. I HIGHLY recommend checking out the book. The movie only scratches the surface of the changes this girl goes through. Powerful stuff.
