how can you tell what kind of weather is coming your waY ?

BECAUSE HERE THE SKY GETS LIGHT AND THE CLOUDS GET DARK BUT IT COLD HERE .

Any change in the weather causes me pain from my fibromyalgia. Like if it goes from cold to hot or if rain is coming I feel it before it comes. Right now I'm hurting because it has changed from warm weather to cold weather. In other words, I'm a weather vane.
