C. p^2+2pq+q^2=1

q^2=(2800-2352)/2800
q^2=448/2800
q=.4
p=.6
2pq=.48

c.48
take total recessives, multiply by 2 because theres two alleles(rr). divide by 2800x2-the total alleles of the population. that gives you .4
in the equation psquared + 2pq +qsquared the 2pq is the heterozygotes. insert.4 in q and then .6 is p because they add to form 1 always. when you multiply .6x.4x2 it =.48
