quarter grades do not go on your transcript, they are only meant to be a progress report so you can see how you're doing. colleges only look at your semester grades.

Generally they only look at semester grades. They could probably contact your school and ask for quarter grades if you're on the bubble or something, but I think that would be pretty rare.

Semester grades count. Mid-term grades are really to let you know where you stand.

The final grade is all that matters...not the mid term, etc...The final grade is all that's on the transcript...
