While watching video's online, the video keeps stopping regularly. Is there a way I can prevent this from Happening by sticking with my present broadband speed?

Check to see if there is an option to download the video stream in its entirety, then play back the downloaded version.

Well, it's pausing because either your connection is too low of bandwidth, or the video is being viewed by too many people. If the video isn't live, you might be able to let it load before trying to play it; this helps. It also helps to eliminate all spyware, as those programs eat up resources and bandwidth. Shut down anything that eats bandwidth; ie- Anti-virus programs, messengers, multiple browser windows... anything helps. If it's a video streaming off of myspace or youtube, get a flash downloader (easier with firefox, search "VideoDownloader" on it's add-on page) and the riva encoder, and you can save videos on your hard drive.
good luck!
