There is a range, but around 125 is the "optimal" weight. The doctor told me that the general rule is 5 lbs for every inch over 5 feet (set at 100). But this is a very general rule. BMI charts show a range, and your frame also matters. Without knowing your activity level, frame, or age, it is difficult to come up with a weight.

Depends on your frame (are you small, medium or large boned?). Bookmark this site http://www.freedieting.com/tools/ideal_body_weight.htm to use as a reference for weight, as well as how many calories to eat a day to lose weight, to gain weight, calories burned for different activities, etc.
