when i insert a disk into burner and run it then push eject disk// i get a screen that says to go to start// run// scdsk/f it wont work either anybody know what happened or how to repair it// i also ran acrodonis disk repair // no help there plz step by step im kind of computer dummy thx god bless

First are we talking Mac or PC? Then are you using an application to burn the disk? When I insert a new CD-R into my drive I am prompted to format for the type of media I am going to use it for (PC). It sound to me like that is what your being told to do but in an old work around way.

I am sure that the computer company will help you. Your computer should have had a booklet that came with it that had a phone # on it for customer service. That is what you need to call. Hope it works out!
