Easy way (More expensive)► Get a new charger Hard way(less expensive)► Cut the wire near the damage, remove insulation as required and twist the two wire ends together. Be careful about the + and - ends, do not get them mixed up. Solder the the two joints to form a strong bond. Do not cause a short circuit by fusing the two joints together. So tape it with extra care. :)
