I have no idea why some white people do that, but you'll never see me wearing a short skirt and sandals when it's winter.

I don't know where you live, but where I live white people do not wear shorts and sandals in the winter. It is way way too cold and snowy here.

Assuming you live in the Northern hemisphere, where it is winter right now - there are other parts of the world that is in the middle of summer. Like Australia & New zealand - lots of white people there. All wearing shorts and T-shirts right now.

im one of those people but i live in the texas hill country and its fairly mild. from where i stand in this i think its due to my enviornment and how i live in it. you see people that when its cold they have the heat in there homes very warm and when its hot ,very cool.... there is no happy medium so you live in extreems . also ive noticed that when it is cold the only thing that needs to be warm is upper body and hands (for me that is). another reason is alot of people around here can take a quick trip or jog with slipping on shorts and shoes and go. i guess there could be many reasons why but thats my angle.

You know this is kinda true. On my way to school i sometimes have to walk in front of a museum and all i see is mostly white people jogging in short shorts with their dogs. Mind you i have on a heavy coat, scarf, gloves and my hoodie and these people have 1/2 of what i have on. I find it to be a live morning comedy show

I am in Ohio and the temps the last couple of weeks have been below freezing and I have seen some folks with t-shirts and no coats, walking with their arms around them I wanted to tell them to go put on some damn coats!

They don't get as cold I suppose. That would make the most sense. I remember seeing a white guy walking around in a t-shirt, shorts, and flip-flops in 20-degree weather. Slightly odd...

lol, I wonder myself, cuz I wear a big coat, boots, and I'm still freezing my butt off, but see well not just white, but people wearing less clothing, and they say they are cold. lol, I wonder why! I think people love to look show off their looks or body figures regardless the weather. You won't catch me doing it!

Well you tend to see this in FL, AZ, or Southern CA. I don't know where else you have seen this since I never have.
