"If you don't use it, you loose it". I think that it is lame whatever you use it on, but maybe one of you can prove me wrong or agree with me?

I think that is true in some cases...Like the work out thing that the girl above me said........That statement also corresponds to ur mind..Ex: if u dont use or exercise ur mind..u may lose it..lose ur intelligence....Also if u dont exercise ur mind u may lose ur memory or ur quickness at remembering things...somethin like that

The only time this saying is true, is when it refers to keeping fit. If you don't keep up the workouts, you loose the healthy body you gained. When used in any other way, it is a lame saying.

Even as simple as a car that isn't started occasionalyy and taken for a trip to spit out the cob webs...

II think all things that need attention derserve the right to be utilized and exercised.....

If not ...we just may 'lose it'....or ' it may cease up and never work properly again '
