there is this guy that at my school that won't leave me alone and he doesn'e bother anyone else is he flirting or what

Yes, he finds you attractive, and he's flirting. If you don't like it, tell him to leave you alone. If he doesn't, tell someone in a position of authority, and have them tell him to leave you alone. You have the right to not be harassed, by anyone!

Yes,
If you are under 18 than I think he has the hots for you, is trying to flirt but is afraid to show his true feelings.

However, if you're both over 18 than this is just creepy and I would be worried about his childhood and seek some type of restraining order.

Guys are pretty straightforward. If he is "bothering" you, he is interested....but may be fearing some serious rejection.... SO.. if you aren't interested, let him know in no uncertain terms... "I am not interested in you." Don't string him along... just because you like the attention. IF you DO like him, ask him out! He obviously is interested in you... next time he "bothers" you, ask him if he'd like to catch a matinee next weekend.... your treat (YES girls, YOU can pay for a date every now and then).

Good luck... and cut the guy some slack... he is trying to get your attention. Give him an answer either way....
