please help, i really want to watch them as i wrok nights i have not been able to watch them on tv. when is the next one out?

try when the season is over they have 15 new episode left to air, you can watch it on abc.com for free till about september when they put out the dvd

Season One and Two are out on DVD already, but if you want Season Three you need to wait till the season is over first, as it has 15 more episodes to go.
You can watch it on abc's Lost site or download it from ITunes for $1.99 or something like that.

Season 3 will probably come out in September or October. The other 2 came out around that time the past two years.
