brown brings out the green for a really natural look for school
but to dressit up at night time if you brush a pinkish eyeshadow[soft bink-not red and not hot pink]around the top and bottom of your eye-as close as you can get to the lash line and as think as heavy eyeliner.
and then add a golden brown or shimmer gold to the rest of your upper lid and mascara[blend it with the pink to make it look natural]
and then wa la... lushus grenn eyes.
good luck my dear.

I have green eyes and dark brown hair! If you don't mind I'll just tell you what I use. Anyway, lilac only works if you're wearing purple. On a daily basis, I've found any type of brown looks great because you probably have brown specks of color in your eyes. Also, if you use a very light redish-purplish-greyish color over your lid and put a green in the crease it looks really pretty. There's a great kit like that by Almay "Pay up trio for greens": http://www.almay.com/Pg/Main/CatProdDet.aspx?catid=32&catnm=Eyes&subid=242&subnm=Shadow&prd=28616
If you want something shimmery go with those eyeshadow pots of color such as Loreal HIP series. Don't ever get orangish ones that you may confuse with brown! Huge mistake on my part one time. The "intrepid" color is pretty but they have other colors not on the website that are brown with slightly purple undertones.

If you're going for a soft, girly look, dust an eyeshadow one skin shade darker than your list over your eyelid. Line your upper lashes with a thick line of brown eyeshadow. And dust a light pink in your eyelid crease and slightly above. I just tried it last night and it's awesome.

I have Hazel eyes, that are sometimes green, and I generally use a combo of three different shades of purple (together). The medium shade over the the whole lid, the lightest shade by the brow line, and the darkest shade in the crease. To top off the whole look, I use a "Steel" colored eyeliner on both the top and and bottom lids.

Cool toned epidermis- you would be able to desire to stay removed from yellows and golds(peach, brown, orange, and so on. ) those are heat tones and could combat your cool blue tones(blue and gold make eco-friendly! undesirable!) don't think me? positioned a cool color on the interior 1 forarm and a heat color on the different. do no longer seem on the colour you have positioned on- seem on the exterior around the colour. one arm will seem uninteresting and greenish gray. the different will brighter and healthful. i'm going to guess the greater efficient looking epidermis has the cool shade on it! persist with cool hues.attempt a dusty purple on the lid, a plum (dusty- no longer too purple) interior the exterior nook, smudged about1/3 into the crease- no longer all the way in the time of or your eyes will % up. attempt a gloomy plum, gray-blue, or darkish eco-friendly liner. What shade you're wearing will impression what shade your eyes seem. Use the lining on the top lid. on the decrease lid , use the shadow sparingly alongside the lash line. persist with the lining on the decrease lash purely some million/3 in the time of. returned, you do no longer choose to % up your eye. different hues to attempt to boot plum would be taupe or blue or possibly a brown that wasn't too yellow. For blush a purple, rose , plum or coral(something greater purple than peach) would all be solid. Your lipstick would desire to persist with your blush. that's vibrant in case you like (circulate basic on the eyes in case you play up your lips) or easy(wherein case you play up the eyes). vivid -no longer sparkly- is outstanding in the journey that your lips are a splash dry. initiate with a solid lip balm now- attempt the Palmer's Cocoa butter stick-use it oftentimes, surprisingly interior the am & pm to soften. works super.

I have green eyes and light brown hair. what makes my eyes pop is purple, and pink. It looks even better with black mascara and black eye liner or a white eye liner. I hope this helps :D

Neutral colors, browns, taupe. Used a darker shade if you like. Lots of very black mascara.
