Schools transcripts show only semester grades. I went A and B, so my semester grade is an A, but will that B count in my GPA for college? Or will it still be a 4 because of my semester grade.

Whatever your transcript shows is what the college is going to count. If they don't see it on the transcript, they can't count it.

I'm not sure what you are asking here. Do you mean you got an A in one half semester, than a B the next half? If you have an A at the end of the semester for a course, you have an A in that course. If all your grades average to a 4.0, than you have an A average on your transcript. Also, my GPA was on my transcripts when I transferred from one college to another. As far as I know, it was on my high school transcripts too. Of course that was 14 years ago, so maybe things have changed.
