For a cartoon favoring Jackson, have the national bank portrayed as some kind of monster trying to gobble up the farms of the regular people, (the bank was seen as bad for the many ordinary farmers); or gobble up the country; or trying to gobble up the treasure of the individual states (the bank caused inflation that put the individual states into financial difficulties); and Jackson fighting or killing the monster.
For a cartoon against Jackson, he robs the bank and burns up its paper money (he made the banks pay in gold or silver, so their paper money wasn't any good unless backed by precious metal, because the currency was so inflated) and the account-holders are crying about losing their life savings. (When he took this action, the economy was plunged into depression.)
Or, a hot air balloon (the banks' currency) is rising, filled with smoke, flying out of control, carrying a country full of people, and Jackson shoots the balloon and the nation is going to crash. This illustrates that the bank caused a problem with "inflation", and Jackson stopped the inflation, causing a financial "crash" resulting in another problem, a depression.
