Press Print Screen key.
This will put a copy of the screen as a graphic on your clipboard.
Open a graphics application and 'paste'. You will now see your screen shot in the graphics application.
You can even 'paste' it directly into MS Word.

eASY!
The 'prt scr' button on your keyboard stands for print the current screen, so what you should do is when you on the selected screen which you wanna copy then just press it.
When this is done open paint or microsoft word and paste it there. You should be able to see a picture of the screen when you pressed 'prt scr'.
Good Luck
