Lets see I am guessing you are talking about 4 stars beatsticks am I correct? I am assuming that I am correct. Current the highest attack 4 stars beatsticks with no effects are the 1900s(Ex: Insect knight, Gemini elf, Archfiend soldier, Mad dog of darkness, Luster dragon(Blue), etc) Slate warrior is a 1900 as well but it has a good effect. Flip: Increase its attack by 500. When destroyed in a result of battle, decrease the attack points of the monster who destroyed it by 500. Then again there are the go to defense mode after the attack or till the end of the turn in which you attacked cards like: Giant Orc, Goblin Attack Force, Goblin Elite attack Force, etc. Hope I helped.

Most level four monsters with over 2000 attacks have negative effects. If you want ones without bad effects, probably 1900 is the highest you'll go with monsters like Luster Dragon, Insect Knight, Granadora, and others. There are other cards that can raise their attack like Bazoo the Soul Eater. Consider looking into those.

Chainsaw Insect does not have a bad effect. You want good beatsticks, pick monsters with over 2000 attack LV4 and Fusilier dragon. Then put in Skill Drains and wah-la, you have major beatsticks with no effects that can cause chaos on your opponent.

I use a water deck with "A legendary ocean" which downgrades the level of all water monsters by 1 so:
"Terroking Salmon" is now 4 star with 2400 ATK and
"Giga Gagagigo" is now 4 star with 2450 ATK
+another 200 ATK if ALO is still on the field
