is a Hp pavvilion a 1116x media center computer with a lightscribe cd / dvd burner , dvd rom and all the little slots for cards in the front , pentium 4 ,with a 17" flat panel a good computer ?

I have had my HP media center pc m270n for about 5 years now.. and I still like it! You may want to go for the Dual Processor one though.. depending upon what you are doing with it... games? high speed.. LOTS of memory.. Graphics design.. get a bigger monitor and all the memory and Hard Disk space you can afford.. etc.

everything is good considering the price. and what u want to do on this computer.. but.. i would recommand upgrading to a bigger screen.. 19 minimum. .21 is even better.. pentium 4 is old.. go for core 2 duo
