For a no show in court and if tickets are still not paid, yes there is still a warrant. Nothing will happen until you get pulled over, then you will go straight to jail. Better to check it out and send in the money, this way, it will be taken off the records and the warrant lifted.

small infractions no, you'll get caught in a routine pull over eventually. you can run but you can't hide, just like parking tixs.
