This is not easy but you have to train yourself to focus on what you need to do and how best to do it. You will have to get rid of all distractors...friends, the phone, music, TV, etc. Now you will focus on the argument that you have to take and make a list of all the possible answers to that...I do both sides of the argument so that I can think about the whole and then base my answers on what I have read about the issue and my thoughts on it. After I have done all that I start to write my answer.

I totally understand your "Procrastinating" situation..I have a tendecy to wait, until Sunday, to do my homework. And sometimes even Monday! I know "Shame on me!!" But, my classes are at night so, I can afford to wait until the same day as my class is. However, last semester, alot of the times, I got tired of putting off my homework, and so I'd make every effort to do it, as soon as I got home, for each class, so that I could have my weekends just for me!! But,, this semester alot of the reason for my putting off my homework is because I'm out of ink, and cant get down to buy more, for my printer until next week....So, I end up having to do my homework at school, so I usually go two or three hours early to my classes, on those days, and do my homework, first, before class. But hopefully (God-Willing) after next week I'll be able to do all of my homework at home, from now on!! You just have to tell yourself that your weekends, or your free time is much more "Valuable" to you, then sitting home doing homework you know what I mean.... Good Luck, hun!!! SMile, you'll get it narrowed down eventually, one way or another!!!
