That depends on the property settlement in the divorce, assuming the vehicle was purchased during the marriage. If, on the other hand, you purchased it in both names after the marriage, each of you has an equal right to it.

It depends on the property settlement spelled out in your divorce.
If you owe her for support payments, usually the court will not take the truck if it was given to you in the divorce settlement. Especially if you need it to earn a living. How else can the court expect you to make any payments?
If you owe her money, she can have any bank accounts you own seized, so be careful what you put in there.

No because it is on both of your names, unless you are just a co applicant then she got you there. But if your both put in as the primary owners then you get 50 percent of that truck and the way you do it is either she pays you half ot he truck or you sell and split the cost. Also if you made most of the payments then you can take her to court and get half of that money you put into it as well.

It depends on if you are in a community property state, etc...
In my home state if it is in a public place and both names are on the vehicle, then the non custodial owner can take the vehicle at anytime, and vice versa. But you cannot take it from the residence.
In other states it must be decided on at the time of the divorce settlement, if not then they will have to go through the court system to have it returned to them.

If she is your ex, why haven't you taken her name off the ownership papers before now. That should have been done before you even filed for a divorce.
You can go down to DMV show them the divorce papers and have her name removed. then she can't repro the truck
