nope, all states can take it, its just some states chose not to exercise this law.

when they take it, the deadbeat takes the bus, bums a ride or whatever to get to work. its such a pain in the azz that they dont do that again.

the states and federal government got tired of people not paying for thier kids (and tired of paying for them), thats why they do it.

the honor system didnt work, thats been proven. the days of running and hiding from paying for their own children are over.

I do not know the answer. It is interesting the ways that child support is in forced. A person with a child should help and the rate should be reasonable. To put a parent in a position to make it hard to pay is worse. Government needs to look at how enforcement is done. A realistic way to achieve success for the child is the issue.

maine does as how can a man work and pay support if he can't get to work. they toyed with the idea of pulling licenses but figure it was a stupid way to go

maybe i think it's a shame if you get knocked down the government keeps kicking you. how the heck do you get to work if you don't have a car,i understand in the city it's possible but what if you don't? your screwed
