No impeachment. Get over it. The number of congressional hearings is a reflection to the pathological hatred that Democrats have for Bush. Nothing more.

I will say this again, as the impeachment crowd never seems to get it. It will take far too long to impeach Bush. Bush will be out of office in January 2009, about 23 months from now. The process to remove Bush from office is a long and costly one. Here is what must be done.

1. Must have Senate hearings on these conspiracy charges. This will no doubt require Senate debate to approve such hearings.
2. Must appoint a special investigator and a grand jury to look into possible charges
3. Grand jury must advise that charges be filed.
4. Congress debates
5. Congress must file charges and set a time for an impeachment hearing.
6. Congress debates
7. Congress must hold an impeachment hearing
8. Congress debates
9. Congress must vote to impeach the President
10. Congress debates
11. Congress must then vote to remove the President from office

It is clear to see that this is a very long process and politically I see no gain for the Democrats if they go through this process (the Republicans experienced no political gain when they impeached Clinton).
