AMTRAK don't got from Denver to Bozeman. Try Frontier Airlines or if money is a problem check with Greyhound

The best ways to get anywhere are Plane, Train, or Bus. YOu could take a taxi, but this is extremely expensive. Or you could rent a car. Or you could rent a chauffer.
