In order that none of them are my mother lang......and i know english and arabic also.......I think english is easier, because has the same alphabet . Arabic has some sounds that a person from another places cant do. As when someone from USA or from Spain wants to say the Ù or Ø . Are sounds from the throat and arent easy for foreigners.

I speak both.
When I am around people who speak Arabic, then Its easy for me to speak it.
English is easier when it comes to grammars & other skills.

In my opinion, both are easy to speak.
English is my native tongue, but it didn't take me long to grasp Arabic when I moved to an Arab country. The language is so rich and deep.
I now find that sometimes there are some words in Arabic that can better describe or explain how I'm feeling or what I mean.
By the way, you phrased your question wrong. We do not say "who" is easier. We say "which" is easier.

yeah right. Arabic Grammar is really easy to learn. You just need like three of four sessions and you're done (literally).
WISEN UP! Arabic is the most difficult language to GRASP! Its letters keep changing their appearance according to their position in the word.
From the perspective of a person who knows neither languages, English is much MUCH easier to learn.
But for me (as someone who doesn't know English), I prefer to write in English but speak Hebrew. I mean Arabic (forget the Hebrew part - that slipped)
Thank You!

English is easier to speak, if you are not born in a Arabic country.
Arabic is a very complicated language and it has many different dialects (Egyptian, Marrocan, Gulf area, Lebanese...)
