I will say It is either Chris Carter Or Tim Brown. Those are the only two Receivers other Than Jerry Rice to Catch over 1000 career Passes in the NFL. I Believe Chris Carter would have won a Super Bowl if he had been on a better team. Same for Tim Brown but At least Tim Brown got to play in a Super Bowl.

Well there's Jerry Rice and then everybody else! Cris Carter is second in receptions and TDs for receivers so I guess he gets the vote but Marvin Harrison is getting close. Sad part is that "player" in Dallas right now, I will be like Parcells and not use his name, probably could have been if he would have shut up and just played. Great stats and can dominate a game but he has too many issues to even consider now.

I would say Steve Largent. At the time of his retirement he led receivers in just about every major statistical category yet he never played with a notable QB. Jim Zorn and Dave Kreig were decent but not great. He even existed in an era and offense that was not built for the glamor receiver. He was consistent. He caught everything unlike TO. His route running was to the point of Harrison. He usually did this as the only Pro Bowler on his entire offense unlike Monk, Rice, Swann, Stallworth, Harrison.

Marvin Harrison, not just for the way he playz but the way he carries himself, the biggest thing i liked bout rice is he talked smack on the Field and left it there, not in the locker room not to reporters, ON the Field, no were else, same with Marvin, never hear bout him bitching, complaining, or crying, never see him getting arrested, or suspended, he never gets hurts, and when he does get a small one don't cry and sit out he plays and still shows up ppl, and I'm a HUGE niner and rice fan, and i hate to say it, but if marvin keeps going at the pace he is at, even if he petters off at the last 2-3 years like rice, he will break all of rices records excpt the TD record, rice and harrison 1-2 best WRs of all time

Sorry to tell u buddy, but there will never ever be such a fine athlete like the one and only Mr Jerry Rice...this guy is a really HALL OF FAMER, not like Mr Crack head Michael Irvin...whoever states that Irvin is the other great receiver must also be a cocaine addict. Real heroes do not need drugs to succeed and have fun. Perhaps the one next to Rice could be Marvin Harrison despited that I hate 'em Colts.

I say confident via the way definitely everyone says Moss mandatory 4 greater video games than Rice to interrupt the season td checklist. Moss scored 23 tds in 12 a million/2 video games in 2007 (He did no longer have a td in 3 video games - and alter into pulled at halftime after scoring 4 tds in one a million/2 vs the charges) i'm no longer saying Rice would not are growing to be to be greater if he performed in 4 greater video games, yet provide Randy credit - what if Moss performs 4 - 5 greater years and breaks Jerry's all time td checklist it may be like saying Moss beat Rice's TD checklist and performed in approximately 60 much less video games besides, circulate to youtube kind in Jerry Rice spotlight video, watch it, kind in Randy Moss spotlight video, watch it and are available to a decision for your self.

Probably Lynn Swann or John Stallworth for the '70s Steelers...because they got 4 Super Bowls too...maybe Michael Irvin as the best receiver for the Cowboys of the '90s, despite personal problems...but there is only one Jerry Rice...
I wouldn't put Marvin Harrison in there...He just won his 1st Super Bowl...I'd say he is probably the best WR playing right now...

Marvin Harrison. Like Rice he plays with one of the great QB's of all time. It takes that combination of ability and intelligence. Rice and Harrison have both.
