While we were out last eve with work colleagues,a comment was made that she gives me 'dirty looks',wth other friends saying its normal. Her best mate mate then said she only gives me 'sexual dirty looks'.
Also she just kept smiling at me all eve and we kept making eye contact.I asked her why and she said 'because I want to and you're funny'
She then asked me if we're COOL??Meaning?
She has a Boyfriend of 2 YEARS—have heard he won’t settle with her, there is trouble bwt them.Colleagues say we have a love/hate WORK relationship and that we do flirt with each other
Says she don't do 1 night stands, told me that she’s only had 3 boyfriends, said what she looks for in blokes
Colleagues say there is tension bwt us but don't know what it is-neither do I!
The flirting has increased at work, smiling more, emails, inviting me to join her+mates on breaks....

It's funny, but I have a male colleague who really irritates me, and then sometimes i think he's ok so i'm nicer too him, and then he either flirts with me or does something to annoy me, so i go back to being a little bit short with him. But secretly underneath it all, I rather fancy him. So I reckon that she wants you!!

rite..well she has a boyfriend, so really you shouldnt let anything happen...but your not involved in the relationship at the end of the day go with what your heart is telling you (dont just jump in bed with her, never know wot ul get :P) By the sounds of it shes not happy in her relationship- and she likes you, just maybe she isnt sure how you feel. On the other hand she could jst be a bit of a ****! Either way get away from office gossip, things get changed like chinese whispers, and talk 2 her!
Just ask her questions about herself, see how she reacts and if shes a bit tooooo friendly ask her what her reason is. Whatever you do. be honest about it! Since i was 14 Ive been in relationships that are based on lies. No-one can say anything for being honest, you either are attracted to her or your not. If you do decide though to get to each other a bit better- advise her to end the reltionship with her boyfriend. Sounds stupid but maybe shes keeping him on for security, but she wants to find someone who makes her happy.Dont judge me on what i just said, ive been in that situation where i want someone to make me happy but in a weird way i was still in love with my boyfriend- dont make us bad people! Well..u just have to find out exactly what shes after! Best of luck xxxx remember.....be honest and be careful xxxxxx

Well it sounds like your typical flirting at the job, everyone has a tendency to flirt with someone at work, usally they try to keep it humorous and at a friendship level. In your case I believe she is having problems with her current boyfriend, and she finds flirting with you helps her to forget, especially if she is unhappy. Get her to talk about her present situation and she what she says about it. Because if your at all attracted to her and one thing leads to another you must be prepared for the awkwardness at work with her. But if you want to keep it strictly friendly then I suggest you get to the bottom of it,before one or both of you do something you'll regret. Work and play don't mix,I seen so many on the job affairs and I have to tell you they make your job situation awkward.Just something to think about. And since she says that she doesn't do one night stands, is she willing to leave her boyfriend, and are you willing to take over.Make sure you know what's going on with her before you contiue your flirting back and forth, you could be like I said a substitute for what's really going on in her life.Hope it helps, good luck

Sounds like she wants something more than just a professional relationship. It also sounds like her boyfriend is well aware of it. I wonder if she just wants someone to flirt with? She doesn't seem bashful about who knows. That may not be very wise. If you are interested in more it may be time for a long talk with her to sort it all out.
