Yes, it could be an infection.

However, if you have ever been pregnant before, and I mean EVER (be it 6 months or 25 years ago), you could still be able to "leak" a little bit of clear "milk". My mother is 58 and well past menopause; she hasn't lactated for 28 years, but she told me that occassionally she will leak (especially if a baby cries).

But if you are not sure what it is, you should still see a doctor to rule out infection!

You could have an infection...time for a trip to the doctor!
That would be a far better way of finding out what is going on than asking on Yahoo! Answers.

EDIT: Oh, just thought, are you on any medication? That can sometimes be a side effect of some tablets.

could be an infection in the breast, or an abcess.
it could also be a side effect of some medications (believe it or not there are actually medications that can cause this "lactation" to occur in men too) there are also some herbal supplements that could cause this too happen, herbs can be very powerful.
