I'd have to say a healthy mixture of all three. If you just concentrate on a good time, you're not going to be prepared for life after you've turned 18. If you only concentrate on school work, then you'll have wasted the only years of your life where you can truly afford to act irresponsibly once in a while. If you concentrate only on dating, you're going to be in a world of hurt! All three of these things: having a good time, school work and dating are part of the whole teenager experience. Don't lose any of them!

At fourteen you should be concentrating on school for your future but also just learning from your daily life experiences. Because what you learn in your younger years you will utilize them in your adult life. But, right now you are just an older version of the younger you, your still a kid so enjoy being a kid. Just concentrate on being you and being happy but do your homework. Have a Great Life.

All of the above should be fine, but schoolwork first and foremost. You'll have plenty of time for the other things later in life.
