google it. you need a special format which someone can do for you, i stumbled on it last week. be warned there are thousands of these sites now since that million dollar homepage thing and its rare if they get filled. the majority of them link to other pixel sites for free to try and make them look popular so people advertise with them.

they make the pixels into 10x10 squares and sell them as a minimum of 1 box of 100 pixels. seemed like a waste of time as the competition is stupidly high now.

the site i saw making the sites was sexypixels or something like that (google pixel sites)

you need to get to know the pixie families in the special woods where they live and they will introduce you to their pixie squares.
they are very shy but, if you are very good, they might appear in their squares just for you.
