Well I work for the CPS ands have just spent all day Saturday preparing prosecutions for breaches of ASBO's.....so I don't know where your question is directed.

It is a fact, to continue to court we need the proof and witnesses to take a stand!

Breach of an ASBO is a criminal offence and should be fast-tracked for trial at a Crown Court. I should know because I dealt with quite a number of them during my time on the job. However, like all criminal offences the CPS has to have sufficient evidence in order to charge an offender.

They can, otherwise the person here http://www.cps.gov.uk/london/anti_social_behaviour_orders/asbo_expert_commended/ wouldn't have the titel he has of CPS London's Anti-Social Behaviour Expert Prosecutor
