A

As temperature decreases, the solubility of the sugar in water decreases.
However, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the solution depends mainly on the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere above the solution (Henry's law).
When the partial pressure of carbon dioxide changes, its concentration in the solution changes.

Precipetate(ppt) is a solid formed from a chemical reaction inside a solution. this is a physical reaction not a chemical one.

The sugar dissolving in this water never returns back to sugar unless all water boils.
