Ouch! There is a possiblity that your bone can be bruised or fractured, or that it's something like tennis elbow. Put ice on it for 10 periods of 20 minutes each with five minutes in between to avoid burning your skin. Wrap it with an ace bandage and continue to put ice on it, and go to a doctor to let them check it out. Feel better!

likely a bruise. a damaged bone hurts in an exceedingly unique way and your pelvis is a extremely thick bone, so it would take lots to interrupt it. if its even questionable then you definately likely basically bruised it, or worse case cracked it, meaning the well being care specialist wont be ready to do something yet grant you with some discomfort meds. so, i might want to point you wait on it for some days and be conscious. keep the money on a docs holiday in case you do not choose it.

It could be because you have kept it in one position for two long. Try not keeping it at an angle. Also dont sit at the computer. The mouse will make it worse! Take some motrin and put some ice on it.

If it was a bruise you would have hit it on something and remembered that. It could be tennis elbow so look that up and see if there are exercises you could do to relieve the discomfort.
